Resolution Number 2020-06
A Resolution for the City of Girard, Kansas describing certain personal property presently owned by the City of Girard, declaring such property to be surplus property and authorizing advertisement as such personal property.
Whereas, the following described personal property is presently owned by the City of Girard, Kansas, to wit:
John Deere F725 (Doesn’t run)
Frigidaire range
Kelvinator refrigerator
1986 Fiat 70-90 Boom Mower
1986 GMC 7000 Dump Truck with plow
Maulden roller 36” drums
5ft Bush Hog
2-3 inch trash pump
2-2 inch trash pump
4 ft Flail mower for tractor
Hydraulic Grinder for tractor
6 x 4 ft steel drag behind leveling box
2 Stihl hot saws
The above property is hereby declared to be surplus property of the City of Girard, Kansas; and that such property will be sold with the right to refuse bids if reserves are not met. The City will be accepting sealed bids starting May 6, 2020 and ending June 05, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be opened at the Council Meeting of June 8, 2020.
