  • April 7, 2020
  • Council Meetings closed to public until further notice.  Audio can be heard live by calling 1-425-436-6382; access code 845240.  This number is free if using a cell phone.
  • City Offices closed to public until further notice. Utility  payments can be made via drop box located at the drive thru on North side of building (Nearest CrawKan), online (Pay Online button at bottom of web page), or by calling PSN @ 1-877-885-7968 (several options are available). 
  • Golf Course is closed until further notice.
  • Playground equipment is closed.
  • Civic Center is not for rent. (Refunds are being issued.)
  • Swimming pool may not open.
  • April 14, 2020
  • Governor Kelly has extended the date to May 1, 2020 for mass gatherings.
  • Skate Park is closed until further notice.

May 1, 2020

Next council meeting will be May 4, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The council will discuss the functions of the City regarding COVID-19 pandemic.  Public can listen to the meeting by calling 1-425-436-6382.  Use access code 845240.  Make sure to mute your phone.

COVID Update

May 12, 2020
  • Council meeting of May 11, 2020, it was decided the City Office would remain closed to the public until further notice. The drive-thru window will remain open and the office staff will stagger their work days. The remaining departments will continue working as prior to May 11th meeting.
  • Crawford Hills will open to public with stipulations posted at the golf course.  All tournament and league play has been canceled for 2020. 
  • The municipal swimming pool will not open in 2020.
  • Civic Center remains closed until further notice.
  • Council meetings remain closed to public and can be heard by dialing 425-436-6382, use access code 845240.
  • City park remained closed.

COVID-19 Update June 1, 2020

  • All City Parks remain closed.
  • City Hall Lobby is still closed to the public.
  • All business is done at the drive-up window.
  • Golf Course:  Open with restrictions
  • Golf Course: NO Men's league or Tournaments
  • Swimming Pool remains closed.
  • Council meetings are still closed to the public but meetings can be heard by calling 1-425-436-6382 with the code of 845240.

June 8, 2020 Update

  • All City Parks remain closed.
  • City Hall will open by appointment only.  Call 620-724-8918.
  • Civic Center remains closed.
  • Crawford Hills Golf Course is open but has restrictions.  Call 724-8855.  Men's league can resume June 15th with a shotgun start.  No mention of tournament play. (Stay tuned)
  • Swimming pool remains closed.
  • Court will begin Wednesday June 17, 2020.  Call 620-724-6219 for more details.
  • City meetings are still closed to the public.  To listen to the meeting call 1-425-436-6382 and use access code 845240.

June 22 2020 Update

  • Court is closed until July.  This will be discussed again at the July 6th council meeting.
  • Crawford Hills is allowing men's league play with shotgun start but no tournaments allowed at this time.
  • City Parks remained closed.
  • Civic Center is closed to be rented but is allowing the health department to use for WIC.  They are sanitizing during and after use as well as abiding with the social distancing.
  • Swimming pool will not open during 2020.
  • The council will allow condemnation hearings by appointment through the City Hall.

Update July 20, 2020

  • Court remains closed until further notice.
  • Parks continue to be closed.
  • Civic Center remains closed.
  • Crawford Hills will not have tournaments or regular play for the remaining season.
  • City Office lobby is closed to public unless appointment is made.  Masks are required if public is in the office.
  • City is accepting applications for CDBG-CV grants until July 31st for small business and for distribution of food.

Update August 31, 2020

  • Parks are still closed.
  • Court will reopen September 16, 2020.  Call Court Clerk at 620-724-6219 for additional information regarding masks and number of allowed persons.
  • City Office remains doing business by appointment or by drive-up window.
  • Civic Center remains closed.
  • Crawford Hills will allow USD#248 JV to have a tournament as long as they follow the rules of social distance as well as masks.
  • Crawford Hills will allow Chamber of Commerce to have a tournament as long as they social distance and follow the Health Department recommendations.

September 28 Update

  • Winston Park is OPEN
  • Skate Park is OPEN
  • Court is OPEN, but limit to 6 people.
  • Council Meetings are open, but limited to 6 people.  Public Forum by appointment.  Call 620-724-8918.
